Front side is made from images of natural material and colored patterned papers like wood grains and burlap fabirc. A state map with icons and images of what the state is known for along with the state name and year that is became a state. It has a frame border with West Virginia around the entire perimeter. Back side has a plaid pattern with state shapes laid out in a diagonal grid in the same natrual colored material.
