Tacky-When-Dry Gel 2oz Can be applied with a palette knife or Butter Spreader. Allow to completely dry clear. (We let it dry at least 12 hours.) Optional: gently warm the dried Tacky-when-Dry with a heat tool. Do not bubble. Do not burn. Apply Foil Transfer Sheet (pretty side up).
